Roast them in the oven for 50 minutes. After that, remove them and cut them open. Add toppings of your choice, either butter or cheese.

Note: preheat the oven to a temperature of about 200 to 250-degree Fahrenheit for better and faster cooking.


Slice your bacon and bake inside the oven pan until properly cooked to your taste.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, coconut oil and garlic powder on kales. 

Bake for some minutes until kale is brown and done.

Pizza Bagels

Slice wheat bagels into two halves. 

Add vegetable toppings, sauce, red pepper, cheese and any other toppings of your choice. 

Toast wheat bagels inside the oven till golden brown. 

Remove and serve when cool with basil.

Tex-Mex Chicken Quesadillas

Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees. 

Add shredded chicken, cheese, sliced green onions, jalapeno, and cilantro on each tortilla and neatly roll. 

Bake until tortillas are crispy and done. 

Serve with salsa.

Apple and Honey Tart

Slice apple into thin sizes and put in a tortilla

Sprinkle the tortilla with whipped honey and cinnamon. Fold neatly and tightly into rolls. 

Bake for about 5-10minutes or until the apple is soft and serve.

Roasted Baby Potatoes

Heat oven to about 400 degrees. 

Sprinkle olive oil generously on baby potatoes, add thyme, pepper, and salt to taste and poke sides with a fork to prevent explosion while baking. 

Bake till properly browned and done. Remove and serve.

Pita Melts

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 

Slice whole-wheat pita bread into halves, rub cut surface with olive oil and warm in the oven for 1 minute. 

Spread grated mozzarella cheese onto it. 

Add red onions and olives and bake until cheese melts. 

Remove from the oven and garnish with basil or any other veggies of your choice.

Salmon Sandwich

Cut salmon in thick slices at 45 degrees and place in the center of flatbread or naan (use a tortilla if you don’t have this or like it). 

Sprinkle salt, green onions, sumac, thyme, and sesame seeds accordingly on the salmon. 

Broil bread in the oven until salmon is cooked (turns pink). Remove from the oven. 

Mix cucumber and yogurt and add to the salmon. 

Roll bread to cover salmon and ingredients and serve. You can add any other toppings if you desire.

Cinnamon Bananas

Preheat the oven to about 300-350 degrees. 

Cut bananas into two halves. Rub lemon juice on the cut surface. 

Sprinkle honey and cinnamon on it too. Bake for 10 minutes.

Note you can add dark chocolates as toppings.

Greek Frittata 

Preheat the oven to a temperature of about 300-350 degrees. 

Add olive oil to a 2-quart casserole and bake in the oven for 5minutes. 

Mix eggs, salt, and black pepper together. Then add spinach, scallions, and tomatoes, stir properly. Add feta and gently stir. 

Remove casserole and pour in the egg mixture. 

Bake till golden browned and cooked. 

Remove and serve.

Fruit Pizza

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 

Line sliced coconuts on the oven pan side by side and toast for 5 minutes until slightly brown. Remove coconut to cool and increase the temperature of the oven to 400 degrees.

Rub the top of your flatbread with coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon and salt. Bake until golden browned and remove from the oven (allow to cool completely). 

Mix ricotta and lemon curd properly. Slice the flatbread without separating slices and spread the mixture on the cut surface. Add toasted coconut, berries, and mint as toppings and serve.

Roasted Figs

Cut fig fruits open down to a quarter of its bottom to hold the fruit together. 

Spray your oven with cooking spray. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each fig. 

Now add 2 teaspoons of mascarpone on top of each fig and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Flax Baked Apples

Cut the apple into six pieces. 

Place apple slices on a baking sheet side to side inside the oven.

Bake at 400 degrees until the apples are soft (it takes about 25-30 minutes for this). Sprinkle walnuts over apples in the last 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven when properly cooked and soft. 

Sprinkle flax seeds, cinnamon, and molasses over the apples and serve.

Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Remove and serve.

Cut the pumpkin pod at the top and bring out all seeds (separate the pulp from the seed) with a spoon. 

Rinse pumpkin seeds with clean water and dry with a clean kitchen napkin. 

Line pumpkin seeds in a baking sheet and bake until seeds are dry. 

Remove and sprinkle oil and salt on seeds. 

Bake again until pumpkin seeds are completely toasted.

Chicken Thighs with Roasted Rosemary Root Vegetables

Place the oven rack on the lower part of the oven and preheat your oven to about 400-425 degrees.

Apply a thin layer of olive oil on the toasting pan and put your rosemary sprigs on the pan.

Mix onion, sweet potato, little quantity of salt, pepper, parsnip, turnip and oil in a bowl until veggies are properly covered with oil. Then add to the roasting pan and bake for about 20-30 minutes, checking and turning vegetables at intervals.

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and seasoning on chicken pieces. Remove the roasting pan with vegetables and add chicken on top. 

Bake until vegetables are cooked. Remove and serve.

Leftover Pizza and Fries

Preheat the oven to a temperature of about 350-400 degrees. 

Place smoked cheddar bratwurst into a roasting pan and bake until golden browned and cooked. Remove and serve.

Paleo Pizza

Mix almond flour, liquid egg whites, grounded flaxseed, olive oil, garlic and a small quantity of salt to taste. Roll batter into a ball.

Apply a thin layer of olive oil on the toasting pan. 

Spread batter evenly on the pan. Add desired toppings (we love veggies and cheese). 

Bake at a temperature of 350 degrees until the paleo crust is done.

Remove and serve.

Roasted Broccoli with Crispy Prosciutto and Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

Cut your broccoli into florets. Arrange it on a large foil-covered baking tray and sprinkle salt and pepper on it. 

Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. Keep tossing until it’s cooked.

Line a roasting pan with slices of prosciutto and bake till it’s golden browned and crispy. Allow to cool and cut into pieces.

Sprinkle balsamic vinegar on cooked broccoli, mix with prosciutto slices and serve. 


Marinate your steaks with your desired ingredients 24 hours before cooking. 

Bake in the oven until deeply browned and crispy at the edges.
