Slice wheat bagels into two halves. 

Add vegetable toppings, sauce, red pepper, cheese and any other toppings of your choice. 

Toast wheat bagels inside the oven till golden brown. 

Remove and serve when cool with basil.

Tex-Mex Chicken Quesadillas

Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees. 

Add shredded chicken, cheese, sliced green onions, jalapeno, and cilantro on each tortilla and neatly roll. 

Bake until tortillas are crispy and done. 

Serve with salsa.

Apple and Honey Tart

Slice apple into thin sizes and put in a tortilla

Sprinkle the tortilla with whipped honey and cinnamon. Fold neatly and tightly into rolls.

Slice whole-wheat pita bread into halves, rub cut surface with olive oil and warm in the oven for 1 minute.

Salmon Sandwich

Cut salmon in thick slices at 45 degrees and place in the center of flatbread or naan (use a tortilla if you don’t have this or like it). 

Sprinkle salt, green onions, sumac, thyme, and sesame seeds accordingly on the salmon. 

Broil bread in the oven until salmon is cooked (turns pink). Remove from the oven. 

Mix cucumber and yogurt and add to the salmon. 

Roll bread to cover salmon and ingredients and serve. You can add any other toppings if you desire.

Cinnamon Bananas

Preheat the oven to about 300-350 degrees. 

Cut bananas into two halves. Rub lemon juice on the cut surface. 

Sprinkle honey and cinnamon on it too. Bake for 10 minutes.

Note you can add dark chocolates as toppings.

Greek Frittata 

Preheat the oven to a temperature of about 300-350 degrees. 

Add olive oil to a 2-quart casserole and bake in the oven for 5minutes. 

Mix eggs, salt, and black pepper together. Then add spinach, scallions, and tomatoes, stir properly. Add feta and gently stir. 

Remove casserole and pour in the egg mixture. 

Bake till golden browned and cooked. 

Remove and serve.

Fruit Pizza

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. 

Line sliced coconuts on the oven pan side by side and toast for 5 minutes until slightly brown. Remove coconut to cool and increase the temperature of the oven to 400 degrees.

Rub the top of your flatbread with coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon and salt. Bake until golden browned and remove from the oven (allow to cool completely). 

Mix ricotta and lemon curd properly. Slice the flatbread without separating slices and spread the mixture on the cut surface. Add toasted coconut, berries, and mint as toppings and serve.

Roasted Figs

Cut fig fruits open down to a quarter of its bottom to hold the fruit together. 

Spray your oven with cooking spray. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to each fig. 

Now add 2 teaspoons of mascarpone on top of each fig and sprinkle cinnamon on it.

Flax Baked Apples

Cut the apple into six pieces. 

Place apple slices on a baking sheet side to side inside the oven.

Bake at 400 degrees until the apples are soft (it takes about 25-30 minutes for this). Sprinkle walnuts over apples in the last 5 minutes.
